Rupert Pease CA, FCA - Managing Director
Rupert joined the practice as a Director in March 2020. A chartered accountant, he has worked in taxation for the last 27 years, specialising in personal and corporate taxation, including inheritance tax planning and the use of trusts and estates. In addition, Rupert has gained considerable experience in international corporate structuring and transfer pricing.
He also provides business advisory and strategy solutions to a broad range of small and medium-sized enterprises and growing business.
He guides strong, commercial decision making underpinned by robust governance and compliance procedures. Rupert is widely experienced, versatile and collaborative.
Away from the office, Rupert enjoys golf, travelling and classic cars.
Nick Wilson, CA Senior Manager
Nick has many years of experience dealing with small and medium sized businesses, having qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2008. During his tenure at the firm, he has become an invaluable resource for new employees and new graduates that join the practice. He ensures that both staff and clients receive the assistance they need to meet ever-increasing compliance requirements whilst also maximising the extraction of profits for the clients they serve.
Outside of work he enjoys playing in a brass band, running, cycling and most recently successfully met the challenge of an iron-man competition.
Margaret Heaton, Payroll
Margaret joined the company eight years ago having a background in Human Resources and over 35 years’ experience in payroll management. She is now primarily responsible for Payroll Services, Company Secretarial and Credit Control.
Whilst away from the office she enjoys cooking, crafting and gardening.
Adele Carr, MBA Head of Finance and Administration
Adele relocated to the Cotswolds after a 20-year career in the Financial Services Industry in Canada where she worked with entrepreneurs and physicians as a Senior Financial Consultant. In addition to many industry designations, she completed the Queen’s Executive MBA Program in Canada. She served at the Financial Planning Standards Council on the Exams Correction Committee before leaving Canada. She currently heads Finance and Administration for McCulloch Pease.
Adele enjoys art, history and out-door activities.
Simon Aries, Administrator
As the youngest son of Eddie Aries, the Founder of the firm, Simon is a familiar face to all long-standing clients. He joined the practice upon leaving school and is the longest-serving member of the practice, 33 years. He takes pride in the highest standard of client service and satisfaction and has accumulated significant experience in all aspects of the systems and administration at the firm.
Outside the office, Simon enjoys billiards.
Chelsea Beavan, ACCA
A new addition to the practice Chelsea Beavan has been working in UK chartered accountancy practices since 2014. Qualified with the association of certified chartered accountants in 2020 she is taking the next steps to start her chartered tax certificate in the coming months. With a specialist background in small to medium sized businesses and gold Xero certified her passion is focused on enabling clients to understand their business in real time looking forward together to help them become leaders in their industry. Outside of the office her passion is for rock climbing, wild camping, and road cycling.
